Privacy

Effective November 4, 2026

Opened.Pages provides private document links and engagement records. This page describes data handled by the service, operated by BLCKSWMNGBRD, LLC.

Information you provide

When you upload a document, we process the PDF, its title and file name, and an optional locally generated WebP preview. The service uses a private browser recovery key to let you manage your links. Keep that key confidential. The upload form email is used for checkout when you choose a paid plan; it is not saved with document metadata by the upload endpoint.

Information recorded when a link is opened

We record the open time, a random event identifier, approximate location (country, region, and city when available), network organization when provided by Cloudflare, browser and operating system categories, device category, and active dwell time. The sender can see document open activity. The service truncates IPv4 addresses to the subnet level and reduces IPv6 addresses to a prefix; it does not store the full address. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Storage and retention

PDF files and optional previews are stored in Cloudflare R2; document records and access events are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. Free workspaces retain a small recent activity feed. Single Pass activity is retained for 30 days. Pro activity records are retained while the service and account data remain available. Revoking a link blocks future access but does not delete its stored file or prior records.

Payments

Paid checkout is handled by Stripe. When billing is configured, Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms. Opened.Pages receives checkout status and identifiers needed to apply plan access; it does not receive full payment card details.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, and network information used to deliver the service. Stripe provides payment processing. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the service, users, or others.

Your choices and requests

You can stop future access by revoking a document link. For privacy questions or data requests, contact privacy@opened.page. For product help, contact support@opened.page.
