1. The service
Opened.page provides document hosting, link sharing, and basic engagement records. The service is operated by BLCKSWMNGBRD, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Your documents and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you upload. You are responsible for having the rights to share it and for choosing who receives your links. Do not upload unlawful content or documents you are not authorized to share. Anyone with a document link may view its content while the link is active.
3. Privacy and engagement data
When a link is opened, we record the time, approximate network location, device and browser category, and a subnet-truncated network address so the sender can understand delivery. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Do not treat engagement data as proof of a particular person's identity or intent.
4. Availability and warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that engagement records will be complete or accurate.
5. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLCKSWMNGBRD, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend links or access that pose a security, legal, or operational risk. You can revoke a document link from the browser where you created it. We may change or discontinue the service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where BLCKSWMNGBRD, LLC has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
